About Al-Farahidi Unviersity

Al-Farahidi University is an Iraqi university founded in 2012 in the capital, Baghdad. It includes (8) colleges. Despite its recent establishment, it was able, in a record period, to keep pace with modern academic programs in teaching and learning. Al-Farahidi University, with its distinguished location, buildings, facilities, sports fields, study halls, laboratories, and specialized studios, creates a scientific atmosphere of multiple and distinct specializations and plays its role in preparing specialized staff and preparing them to serve the nation and support the scientific and educational process.

Nearest Airports

There are two airports that can be used:

2. Istanbul Airport

From Istanbul Airport, the Havaist shuttle can be used to reach 1. Levent. Havaist departure schedule for 1. Levent (Taksim is the last stop): 8.00, 9.10, 10.55, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.10, 16.20, 18.05, 19.50, 21.00, 22.10, 23.10. You can then take any of the following buses to reach the university: 121A, 122C, or 522 ST buses.

2. Sabiha Gökçen Airport

You can easily reach Kadıköy from Sabiha Gökçen airport using metro. In addition, the Hava bus shuttle can be used to reach Kadıköy as well. Hava bus departure schedule for Kadıköy: 8.30, 10.00, 11.30, 13.00, 14.30, 16.00, 17.30, 19.00, 20.30, 22.00. From Kadıköy, the above-mentioned buses can be taken to reach the university. This airport is on the Asian side where Medipol University is also located, making transportation easier than from Istanbul Airport.

Reaching Medipol University

To reach Medipol University, we suggest using public buses. We recommend using these two bus stops:

  • Kadıköy bus stop which is on the Asian side.
  • 1. Levent bus stop which is on the European side.

These main stations can be reached from different locations in Istanbul by metro or by bus. The Metro is the fastest option. A bus connection is then needed to reach our University.

You can reach Medipol University from Kadıköy using the following bus numbers: 14 M, 500 T, 15 BK.

From 1. Levent bus stop, you can use any buses with the following numbers: 121A, 122C, 522 ST.

Please write an email to info@icetai.net if you require an Acceptance letter for Visa application. An Acceptance Letter for Visa is only provided to Speakers, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees who paid in FULL.

We can only issue the Acceptance Letter for Visa for the conference only. The letter can be share with the requested person via email only. No other kind of documentation will be provided for use of visa applications.

An acceptance letter for visa will serve as an official document issued by the conference organizer or host institution to confirm that the visa applicant has been invited to attend the conference as a participant, speaker, or presenter. The acceptance letter will include specific details about the conference, such as the dates and location, the purpose and scope of the event, and the applicant's role in the conference program to help you get the visa.

It's important to note that an acceptance letter alone does not guarantee that a visa will be granted. Visa requirements and processes vary depending on the applicant's country of origin and destination, so it's recommended to consult with the relevant embassy or consulate for specific guidance and instructions.
